আমরা ক্লায়েন্টের অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং অন্যান্য ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য প্রকাশ করি যখন আমরা বিশ্বাস করি যে এটি করা প্রচলিত আইন মেনে চলার জন্য, আমাদের ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী এবং অন্যান্য বিধিমালার অন্তর্ভুক্ত  অথবা মিরা’র সম্পত্তি, অধিকার বা মঙ্গল রক্ষা করার জন্য উপযুক্ত অথবা তা  অন্যান্য দলের জন্য। এটি  বিভিন্ন ব্যবসা ও সমিতির সাথে তথ্য বিনিময় রুপে অন্তর্ভুক্ত যা অনাকাঙ্খিত ঋণ ঝুঁকি কমাতে এবং অবৈধ লেনদেনের ঝুঁকি এড়াতে সহায়তা করে। তবে এটা স্পষ্ট যে এই গোপনীয়তা নীতিতে বর্ণিত বাধ্যবাধকতা লঙ্ঘন করে বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে শনাক্তযোগ্য গ্রাহক ডেটা সরবরাহ করা, ভাড়া দেওয়া, ভাগ করা বা সাধারণত প্রকাশ করা এই বিমার অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।

গ্রাহকের সম্মতি
উপরে উল্লিখিত ব্যতীত, আপনি দেখতে পাবেন কখন আপনার সম্পর্কে তথ্য তৃতীয় পক্ষকে দেয়া হবে এবং এক্ষেত্রে তথ্য শেয়ার না করার অপশনটি আপনি বাছাই করার সুযোগ পাবেন।

আমরা আমাদের পরিষেবা আরও উন্নত এবং ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য সহজ করতে সময় ভেদে বিভিন্ন ধরণের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করে থাকি।

মোবাইল ডিভাইসের মাধ্যমে আপনি যখন এই ওয়েবসাইটটি পরিদর্শন তখন আমরা স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বা অন্য কোন অবস্থাতেও কোনো ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করব না। শুধুমাত্র একটি নতুন অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে রেজিস্টার করার সময় আপনি সেই তথ্য প্রদান করবেন। আমাদের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করার সময়, আমরা আপনার অভিজ্ঞতা উন্নত করার জন্য কিছু ব্যক্তিগতভাবে শনাক্তকারী কোন তথ্য আপনাকে জিজ্ঞাসা করতে পারি। আমরা আপনার দেয়া তথ্য সংরক্ষণ এবং এটি ব্যবহার করব শুধুমাত্র যা এই গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালার আওতাধীন। এই অ্যাপটি তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার  করতে পারে যা আপনার তথ্য থেকে আপনাকে শনাক্ত করতে সক্ষম হবে।

কুকিজ এবং নজরদারি’র থেকে তথ্য সংগ্রহ
আমরা আমাদের পরিষেবার কার্যক্রমকে নজরদারি করি এবং কুকিজ এবং অন্যান্য ট্র্যাকিং প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহার করে কিছু তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করি। কুকিজ হল সামান্য ডেটা ফাইল যা অজ্ঞাত ব্যবহারকারিদের শনাক্ত করতে ভূমিকা পালন করে। কুকি হল ছোট টেক্সট ফাইল যা একটি ওয়েবসাইট আপনার ব্রাউজারে পাঠায় এবং সেখানেই সঞ্চিত থাকে। বীকন, ট্যাগ এবং স্ক্রিপ্ট হল কয়েকটি ট্র্যাকিং প্রযুক্তি যা ডেটা সংগ্রহ করতে, ব্যবহারকারীদের ট্র্যাক করতে এবং আমাদের পরিষেবা বিশ্লেষণ ও উন্নত করতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
আপনি আপনার ব্রাউজারকে সবসময় কুকিজ প্রত্যাখ্যান করতে বা যখন একটি পাঠানো হচ্ছে তখন আপনাকে জানাতে বলতে পারেন। তবে এটি স্পষ্ট যে আপনি যদি কুকিজ গ্রহণ করতে অস্বীকার করেন তবে আপনি আমাদের সমস্ত পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করতে সক্ষম হবেন না।

সেশন কুকিজঃ আমরা আমাদের পরিষেবা পরিচালনা করতে সেশন কুকিজ ব্যবহার করি।

ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যসহ আপনার অন্যান্য তথ্য, আপনার রাজ্য, প্রদেশ, জাতি বা অন্য সরকারি এখতিয়ারের বাইরে অবস্থিত কম্পিউটারগুলিতে স্থানান্তরিত এবং সংরক্ষণ করা হতে পারে যেখানে তথ্য সুরক্ষা বিধিমালা আপনার এখতিয়ারের মতো নাও হতে পারে৷ 
অনুগ্রহ করে সচেতন থাকুন যে আপনি যদি বাংলাদেশের বাইরে বসবাস করার সময় আমাদের কাছে যেকোন তথ্য পাঠিয়ে থাকেন তা অবশ্যই আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যসহ আমরা বাংলাদেশে স্থানান্তর করব।

সেই আপনার অনুমতি 
এই গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা সম্মতির মাধ্যমে আপনি এই তথ্য স্থানান্তরের জন্য আমাদের সাথে সম্মত হলেন এবং আপনার অনুরোধ করা তথ্য জমা দেয়ার দ্বারা প্রদর্শিত হয়। আমাদের প্রযুক্তিগত দল আপনার তথ্য নিরাপদে এবং এই গোপনীয়তা নীতির সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণভাবে যেন পরিচালনা করা হয় তা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য সমস্ত যুক্তিসঙ্গত ব্যবস্থা নিয়ে থাকে। কোন অবস্থাতেই আপনার তথ্যের সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত না হলে এবং পর্যাপ্ত নিয়ন্ত্রণ না থাকলে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য কোনও কোম্পানি বা কোনও দেশে স্থানান্তর করা হবে না।

আমরা আপনার তথ্যের নিরাপত্তার বিষয়ে সর্বোচ্চ পর্যায়ে যত্নশীল এবং  কিন্তু মনে রাখবেন যে কোনও ধরনের ইলেকট্রনিক তথ্য সংগ্রহ বা ইন্টারনেটের মাধ্যমে স্থানান্তর সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপদ নয়। যদিও আমরা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে যুক্তিসঙ্গত ব্যবস্থা নিয়ে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সুরক্ষা করার চেষ্টা করি, এরপরেও আমরা নিরাপত্তার নিখুঁত নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না।

আমরা আমাদের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করা সহজ করতে, আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে পরিষেবা সরবরাহ করতে, পরিষেবা-সম্পর্কিত কাজগুলি সম্পাদন করতে, বা কীভাবে এই পরিষেবা আরও উন্নত করা যায় সে সংক্রান্ত সহায়তা নিতে আমরা তৃতীয় কোন পক্ষের সংস্থা এবং লোকেদের ("পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী" হিসাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়) সাথে কাজ করতে পারি । এই তৃতীয় পক্ষগুলিকে শুধুমাত্র আমাদের পক্ষ হয়ে এই দায়িত্বগুলি পালন করার জন্য আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য ব্যবহার করার অনুমতি দেয়া হয়েছে এবং অন্য কোনো কারণে এটি ব্যবহার বা প্রকাশ করা নিষিদ্ধ করা হয়েছে।

আমাদের পরিষেবা কীভাবে ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে তা ট্র্যাক এবং পরীক্ষা করতে, আমরা বাইরের পরিষেবা প্রদানকারীদের সাথে কাজ করতে পারি। গুগল, ফেসবুক, বা অন্য কোনো সামাজিক মিডিয়া প্ল্যাটফর্ম, এই পরিষেবা প্রদানকারীর আওতাধীণ। 

অন্যান্য ওয়েবসাইট লিঙ্ক
আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলি আমরা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করি না এমন ওয়েবসাইটগুলির সাথে লিঙ্ক করার সুযোগ রয়েছে।  আপনি যদি এটিতে ক্লিক করেন তবে তৃতীয় পক্ষের একটি লিঙ্ক আপনাকে তাদের ওয়েবসাইটে নিয়ে যেতে পারে। আমরা আপনাকে সর্বোচ্চ পর্যায়ে সতর্ক করছি যে আপনি আপনার পরিদর্শন করা প্রতিটি ওয়েবসাইটের গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা সাবধানে পড়বেন। কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইট বা পরিষেবাগুলির বিষয়বস্তু, গোপনীয়তা অনুশীলন বা অন্যান্য নীতিগুলি আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণ এবং দায়িত্বের আওতামুক্ত। 

১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী (“শিশু”) যে কেউ আমাদের পরিষেবার আওতাধীন নয় । ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী যে কারো তথ্য জেনেশুনে শনাক্ত করা আমাদের সংগ্রহের বিষয় নয়। অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন যদি আপনি একজন অভিভাবক বা আইনী অভিভাবক হন এবং আপনি জানেন যে আপনার বাচ্চারা আমাদের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য দিয়েছে। আমরা আমাদের সার্ভার থেকে সকল তথ্য মুছে ফেলার চেষ্টা করি যদি আমরা জানতে পারি যে পিতামাতার সম্মতি না নিয়েই শিশুদের কাছ থেকে আমরা ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যপেয়েছি৷

গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা আপডেট
আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা সময়ে সময়ে আপডেট করা হতে পারে। এই পৃষ্ঠায় আপডেট করা গোপনীয়তা নীতি পোস্ট করে যেকোনো পরিবর্তন আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে আপনাকে জানানো হবে। পরিবর্তনটি কার্যকর হওয়ার আগে আমরা আপনাকে ইমেল/নোটিস এবং/অথবা আমাদের পরিষেবাতে একটি বিশিষ্ট নোটিশের মাধ্যমে জানাব এবং এই গোপনীয়তা নীতির শীর্ষে "কার্যকর তারিখ" আপডেট করব৷ যেকোনো পরিবর্তনের জন্য আপনাকে পর্যায়ক্রমে এই গোপনীয়তা নীতি পর্যালোচনা করার পরামর্শ দেয়া হচ্ছে। আপডেটেড কার্যকরী গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালার পরিবর্তনগুলি এই পৃষ্ঠায় পোস্ট করা হয়৷
