Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.
 
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Mira, 167/A (3rd Floor), Green Road, Dhaka-1205, Bangladesh.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • The website refers to Mira, accessible from https://mira.com.bd/
  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


If the products were purchased as gifts and mailed to you directly, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to You once we receive the returned item.
We will send the refund to the gift giver if the Goods weren’t marked as gifts when they were purchased or if the gift donor had the Order sent to themselves so they could give it to You later.

Please take the following actions to return or exchange items:

  • Email us at contact.mirabrand@gmail.com with your Order ID and any issues you are having or call our Hotline Number within 24 hours.
  • We’ll confirm your request for an exchange or return and let you know how the pickup procedure works.
  • Please make sure the products are brand-new and in their original packaging. Include the products’ original packaging, price tags, labels, and invoice together with them.

 
Please be aware that you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery package if you have any exchange or return concerns. You must give us notice by mail or phone, and you must send the product(s) within the time that we receive the goods within seven days.
If any of the following apply: You received a product that is physically damaged or defective, you are dissatisfied with the product’s quality, the product differs from the online description, or Mira will pay the return postage fee.
If you change your mind and cancel the order after the product has been delivered, you are responsible for paying the return delivery fee.
