Resumes, portfolios, personal websites. We love to see all of it. Let us know why you want to work with us and why you think you’d be a great fit. Even if you don’t meet the exact qualifications, we’d love to meet you!
phone screen
After a short review period, a recruiter may reach out to get to know you, learn what you’re looking for, and give you an overview of the position.
first interview
After the phone screen, you’ll participate in either a phone or video interview. At this stage, you might be asked to conduct case studies or technical assessments as well.
second interview
This is where you can meet the team, either on-site or remotely, and get a feel for our company culture and the Vista dynamics.
we’ll make a decision
Hang tight for a few days. At this stage, all of the interviewers will meet to discuss how awesome you are and whether or not you’re a great fit for the position.
we’ll give you feedback
When we can, your recruiter will provide transparent feedback on how the interview went.
