Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

·         Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
·         Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
·         Service refers to the Website.
·         The website refers to Mira, accessible from https://mira.com.bd/
·         You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Rights to Return an Order

Within seven (07) days, you have the right to return your order with no justification. Please be aware that you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery package if you have any exchange or return concerns. You must give us notice by mail or phone, and you must send the product(s) within the time that we receive the goods within seven days.
You must give Us a clear declaration of your decision to exercise Your right to return.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
