Most of Mira's Clothing products are handcrafted using natural fibers. The variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our Clothing products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, woodblock printing, embroidery and so on. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties.
Care Instructions
• To Fix the Color of block printed Sharee or clothes dry them turning inside out under mild sunlight before first wash.
• We recommend washing those in cold water with soap or mild detergent.
• Do not drying under direct sunlight
• Do not soak longer in detergent.
• It is better to wash & dry colored ones together.
• Turn inside out while drying under sunlight.
• Dry clean exclusive clothes.
• It is better to dry clean silk sharee and clothes. Otherwise use shampoo while washing them at home.
পোশাক যত্নের নির্দেশনা
• ব্লক প্রিন্টেড শাড়ি এবং পোশাক প্রথমবার ধোয়ার আগে অবশ্যই উল্টো করে হালকা রোদে দিয়ে নিন ।
এতে রঙ নষ্ট হবে না ।
• মেশিন অথবা হাতে ধোয়ার সময়, ঠাণ্ডা পানিতে সাবান অথবা হালকা ডিটারজেন্ট দিয়ে আলাদা করে ধোবেন ।
• সরাসরি রোদে গিয়ে শুকানো থেকে বিরত থাকুন
• দীর্ঘসময় কাপড় ডিটারজেন্টে ভিজিয়ে রাখবেন না ।
• রঙিন কাপড় আলাদাভাবে ধোয়া এবং শুকানো ভালো। সাদা ও রঙিন কাপড় একসাথে ধোবেন না ।
• যেকোন কাপড় রোদে শুকানোর সময় উল্টো নিন ।
• এক্সক্লুসিভ কাপড়গুলো ড্রাই-ক্লিন করান।
• সিল্কের শাড়ি এবং পোশাক ড্রাই-ক্লিন করানোই শ্রেয় । বাসায় ধোয়ার ক্ষেত্রে শ্যাম্পু ব্যবহার করবেন।
Fabric Care Guide
Cotton: machine wash on 30/40ºc, can be tumble dried on a low setting. Iron on a high heat.
Slub Cotton: machine wash on 30/40ºc, can be tumble dried on a low setting. Iron on a high heat
Linen: machine wash on 30/40ºc, can be tumble dried on a low setting. Iron on a high heat. Linen becomes softer the more times it is washed.
All Types of Silk: dry clean or hand wash on 25/30ºc with a gentle soap. Iron on a low heat
Wool: dry clean or preshrink using steam from your iron. Remember not to agitate the fabric as this can cause felting.
Viscose: Hand Wash or machine wash on 30ºc, do not tumble dry. Iron on a low heat.
Voile: Hand Wash or machine wash on 30/40°c, tumble dried on a low setting. Iron on a low heat.
Dupion: Wash the dupion fabric in cold water to remove the smell of vinegar. Iron on a medium heat.
Jewelry and Fashion Accessories
Our jewelry or fashion accessories can vary from gold, silver, pearls, to handcrafted materials such as wood, clay, terracotta, resin etc. We also use recycled items for making fashion accessories to keep it less impactful to the climate. Handle ornaments with clean hands to avoid exchanging oils and dirt onto them.
Our ornaments and fashion accessories are advised to handle with care to ensure a long period of usage. Put ornaments on steady surfaces to anticipate coincidental falls. Avoid putting ornaments near edges where they may be effectively thumped over. Be cautious not to clean ornaments with delicate or porous materials. Avoid storing ornaments in moist, humid areas or where they may be uncovered to quick temperature changes. For delicate ornaments, consider using padded ornament storage boxes or individual compartments to prevent breakage during storage. When storing ornaments, wrap them in acid-free tissue paper or bubble wrap to avoid scratches or damage. Name storage holders to easily recognize the contents.

Our home décor or other accessories are mostly from natural elements including but not limited to Bamboo, Rattan, Clay, Wood, and can also include metals, clothes etc. Gentle care and proper cleaning without any Harsh Chemicals are advised.
